QUALITY OBJECTIVES

Wonji/Shoa Sugar Factory will :

  • Produce sugar with a quality of below 300 ICUMSA by the year 2018 E.C.
  • Increase sucrose in cane above 13.90% by the year 2018 E.C.
  • Attain above 84% reduced overall recovery by the year 2018 E.C.
  • Increase factory yield to above 11.67% by the year 2018 E.C.
  • Reduce all forms of quality cost for products, by-products, co-products, and organizational services by 10% by the year 2018 E.C.
  • Improve factual data and information for evaluation and management decision-making by implementing a Local Area Network by the year 2018 E.C.
